I had several appointments so that they could make sure what I had chosen was right for me and do any adjustments required. There was no hard sell of dearer products, it was all about what was needed. I found them to be very welcoming, helpful and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“This review is from my wife, Sheila, as she was the person most in need of the hearing aid…!! Excellent service, and extremely helpful advice. From the beginning, the point I was most impressed with is there was no pressure for you to have the most expensive appareil or have to have their insurance. Every decision was made by me - that’s good service in my book. We spoke only French with Bruno who readily apologised for his basic English. This was no problem. More than pleased with this company and my family both in England and in France are equally pleased that we can all have civilised conversations now without repetition or shouting…!!”
