OPTICAL CENTER LYON - JEAN-JAURÈS

This was my first time purchasing subscription glasses in France and I was very satisfied with the quality and range proposed by the store and most importantly by the service I received from Anthony and Melissa; they were very helpful and their hospitality was greatly appreciated! Would definitely recommend.

Worst optical I've ever been to. Until now since February I haven't received my refund. My husband always has to chase them and the manager said she would do it, wait for 10 days for the cheque. Eventually we found out that she went for vacation and did not do the refund as promised. It's been 7 months, we're still chasing them. Whenever my husband calls them, they would tell that they would check and call back but never did. Funny how we are having this refund issue because of the staff who doesn't know basic arithmetic. I exchanged my eyeglasses frame and she billed us for both. Why did I have to exchange eyeglasses? Because the so-called opticienne just let me choose anything without giving any advice. Even asked me to get another pair without advising that my lens would be bottle-thick since I have very poor eyesight. My husband has been stressed out chasing them for 7 months. I hope after writing this we would finally receive the call back and refund, as promised.
