Excellent service by Lewis, he is so patient, knowledgable, explains everything in detail, nothing is too much trouble. Speaks fluent English and of course French. If you are having any trouble hearing then go and see him, you will not be disappointed.

J’ai accompagné ma grand mère chez Alliance Audition à Pézenas. Elle était appareillée depuis 2 ans en région parisienne et n’a jamais pu s’habituer à ses aides auditives. Lewis, l’audioprothésiste, a été super accueillant et agréable, il a proposé de reprendre le suivi de ses appareils auditifs gratuitement. Après plusieurs tests et quelques réglages étalés sur 3 semaines, elle en est ravie, elle entend beaucoup mieux et se sent beaucoup plus confortable en les portant et elle dit être beaucoup moins gênée par ses acouphènes.
