“J'aime ce genre de rendez-vous, 0 minute d'attente. l'audioprothésiste (jeune dynamique et passionné de son travail) était très professionnel et bien équipé des outils récents, après plus d'une demie heure de test il m'a fait voir les résultats ce n'était pas alarmant mais l'âgé et mes opérations antérieures prouvent bien une défaillance. Il m'avait pris un rendez-vous avec un O R L. Je conseillerai ce monsieur pour toutes les personnes de la région. Attention il va bientôt déménager à coté de Lidl à saint André dans un grand cabinet médical”

“First of all Lewis listened to my concerns thoroughly before testing my hearing. Afterwards, the technical tests were administered much more thoroughly than I had experienced previously (with another competitor). Finally, having made a recommendation, I was guided, step-by-step, on testing the device (set-up and options) so I was able to decide (over several weeks) what really was right for me. Like many others approaching hearing aids for the first time, this was a major decision. It was as much about the quality of support (before and ongoing) as the technology itself. Having such a broad range of devices and this level of service, my hearing is now greatly improved. Although I am an intermediate french speaker, an added bonus was his fluent english and french, which helped when we got down to detailed discussion.
